Refund policy

Each product has its own size chart. Customers are responsible for measuring their companion and selecting the correct size before ordering. A usual size such as Small, Medium or Large may differ between products.

Except where required by applicable law, The Pawlitician does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Incorrect colour, size or product variant selected at checkout
• Products that do not fit because the product-specific size chart was not followed
• Minor differences in colour caused by lighting, photography or screen settings
• Minor measurement variations within the tolerance stated on the product page
• Delivery delays outside our reasonable control
